I would love to be able to give a negative 2 review (the estimated time in years it will probably take for my hair to grow out). Erica completely burnt the top section of my hair while blow drying with a round brush on my completely wet hair and holding dryer directly on hair. I said something about the smoke emanating while she was drying and she said it was steam. She hid the damage well with products before I paid the $35.00 cutting fee and generously giving her a $10.00 tip. When I got home I noticed my hair was breaking off. Upon closer inspection I could see was breaking off on top section from ear level all the way around. That’s when I could tell it is totally fried. The ends are now splitting from the irreversible damage.
FYI, this was my second appointment with Erica in which I asked for a trim on my long texturized ends and bangs which she initially gave me 2 months earlier.
