How to start?!?! First off, I can only blame myself since I had two prior bad experiences with cut and hi-lites in this salon. My current hair dresser moved and I was forced into finding a new one so I thought I would give them another chance. I called ahead on a Friday and booked an appointment with the only stylist in the salon I trusted for the following Monday at 4pm for hi-lites. So after leaving work early I arrived to find out that my name wasn't on the list and upon further review the lady that scheduled my appointment entered it on the following month. It was obvious a mistake was made but the assistant manager that I had scheduled the appointment with wasn't in the least bit concerned with the inconvenience this had caused me nor did she offer a solution other than you can come back in an hour because I took a walk-in and am doing hi-lites on her or asked if I wanted one of the younger girls to do it. First of all, where is the customer service and trying to right an obvious wrong here! Also, since I've had two prior bad experiences why would I let someone touch my hair I knew nothing about? She ultimately walked away and left me standing at the desk. I would rather take a chance on doing my own hair before I darken the door of this establishment again. If I owned this business I would clean house and start over from scratch because these ladies could care less about the customers. BTW! This is the first review I've posted about this business even with the prior issues. I normally wouldn't do this but enough is enough!
This place is terrible. I had to go twice to get my hair colored because they messed up the first time. They not only did that they dyed my eyebrow then waxed them to fix this but only made it worse by waxing them way to thin. They also allowed the color remover to get on my face and arms causing and allergic reaction. I was covered in blotches then they refused to refund me and rudely hung up on me.
