Many years of traveling with my dogs and I always schedule their grooming appointments in advance at The Upscale Tail because as always, the staff here works hard to please me the client, they consistently protect my pets, they give my pets perfect breed standard haircuts, all while treating my pets with understanding, care and patience. My pets overly tail-wagging, happy behavior can be unpredictable at times and as a pet parent concerned with safety for all, it is always my responsibility to listen to the staff's directions and recommendations during their check in for grooming or their check out, post-grooming. During this very difficult and struggling Covid time it is commendable how The Upscale Tail staff remains welcoming, pet protective, kind, courteous, super-sanitized and knowledgeable. Their canine estheticians assess my dogs coat and skin, alerting me to any irregular crusty or bumpy areas for me to discuss with my veterinarian. They also will suggest any restorative treatments, they deem beneficial to keep their coat and skin healthy. We are very happy clients who appreciate the staff and this little grooming boutique and the treatments offered here, and we truly look forward to our next appointments. The happiness inside this little salon is undeniably a reflection of their wonderful, caring owner.
